Estate Cabernet

Estate Chardonnay:
With two Carneros Vineyards and one in Yountville, we have the luxury of a lot of ingredients for our Chardonnay recipe: mineral and flint from the cooler sites; tropical fruit, pear and honey from the warmer site. Add lees stirring and malo-lactic fermentation as desired. Age in mild oak for a hint of vanilla and hazelnut. Chill before bottling.
2009 Miller Ranch Sauvignon Blanc:
Sauvignon Blanc has tremendous vibrancy and exotic aromatics. Our road map to creating Miller Ranch is simple: cold, stainless steel fermentation to preserve the citrusy freshness, multiple yeast strains to enhance the aromas and enough barrel fermented Semillon to make the texture silky.
